To get started we ask you to fill out some basic information about your home. Your exact address is never shared publicly and your listing is private until you decide to publish it.
Pblane makes life easy for all landlords out there. You will be guided through every step of the process, until the tenant moves out. Bauer Group takes care of all transactions between you and your tenant. There are no up-front or hidden fees when you use Pblane to rent out your home. Rent is paid to you in advance on the 25th each month, even if the tenant is late.
The Pblane-agreement guarantees the payment of the rent during the first year of the tenancy. We are at your service during the entire duration of the tenancy, also after the guarantee period.

Publish your listing for free and let Pblane’s matching tool help you find the perfect tenant. We evaluate the credit worthiness and references of the tenant, so you don’t have to worry.
Pblane tailors the lease
will tailor a digital lease to your needs. You can write the lease with our online Lease Builder and share it with the tenant. When you have agreed on a final draft, the lease is signed with a simple click of a button.
Pblane manages your payments and security deposit
Pblane always require one month’s rent as security deposit, which the tenant will pay to Pblane before moving in. The security deposit is held by Pblane on a secure trustee account so both you and the tenant can relax. You will receive your rent on the 25th every month.
Pblane is with you to the end
As the rental period comes to an end, we will contact you to make sure everything is alright. We release the security deposit once the tenant is moved out and you have inspected your home.
Secure payments
Pblane pay you three (3) month’s rent as security deposit, before tenant moving in.The security deposit is held by you so you can relax. You will receive your rent on the 25th every month.
